Proof

This isn't a pitch.
It's a system that works.

Ridgewell isn't an experiment or a someday-idea. Commercials air, real people call in asking for coverage, and agents help them every day using a script and a support system that already work. You're not being asked to build something from scratch. You're plugging into something that already runs.

The Numbers

What is actually
happening right now.

Not income screenshots. These are current production numbers from Ridgewell agents on the phones today.

10
Inbound calls a day
21%
Current agent close rate
$872
Average annual premium

Follow the arithmetic yourself. Each agent takes 10 inbound calls a day, which is 200 calls a month. Our agents are currently closing at 21 percent, so that comes out to about 2 sales a day, about 10 policies a week, and 42 policies a month.

At an average annual premium of $872 per policy, 42 policies a month is $36,624 in annualized premium written per month. That describes current production, not a projection and not a promise of what any one person will do.

Why The Model Works

A proven system,
not a promise.

Those numbers hold up because of how the model is built. Every piece of it is already built, tested, and running.

Real inbound calls.

TV commercials run and real people pick up the phone asking for final expense coverage. These are warm callers who reached out first, not lists you dial or strangers you interrupt.

A proven script & process.

The words, the flow, and the steps are already written and tested. You follow what works, and it works because the script has been refined on real calls.

Everything is provided.

Leads, CRM, dialer, training, and A-rated carriers are all in place before your first call. Nothing to buy, nothing to build, nothing you have to source yourself. It's set up and waiting.

It already runs, daily.

This isn't a startup hoping to find product-market fit. Agents are on calls today, on this exact system. You are stepping into something that already operates and holds steady.

Who Built This

Built by someone who has
done it, then built the path.

You're not joining an experiment. Ridgewell was founded by Aaron Jensen, who has already built and scaled a company, then engineered this model so a brand-new agent can win on it. The track record is real, and it is the reason the system works.

Built and sold a company, a 7-figure exit

#985 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, $20M+ in revenue

Started at the bottom himself, going door to door, so he knows the grind

Designed this model so a new agent can succeed on it, not just a veteran

What Support Looks Like

You won't
be alone.

The number one fear of anyone new is getting handed a login and left to sink. That's the opposite of how this works. From day one, there are real people whose job is to get you comfortable and producing.

A manager in your corner

Someone whose actual job is getting you producing, reviewing calls with you, answering questions, and helping you fix what isn't clicking yet.

Real training, step by step

You learn the script, the calls, and the process piece by piece, before you're on your own and alongside you once you are. No throwing you in cold.

Daily support you can reach

When you hit something you're unsure about, there are people to ask, every day. Not a ticket queue and silence. Actual help, when you need it.

Assistant support, human and AI

Every agent gets assistant support from both a human assistant and an always-available AI assistant. They move policies from submitted to issued, handle client communication after the sale, and manage the paperwork, so your day stays on the phone.

Straight Answers

You're probably
wondering…

If you're newer to this, or brand new, you've got questions and maybe some nerves. Here are honest answers to the ones we hear most.

"I've never sold. Can someone new really do this?"

No sales background required. This role is built specifically for people starting out. The callers already want coverage and the script gives you the words, so what matters is being coachable and consistent and putting in the reps. Do that and the skill comes.

"I'm not a closer."

You're not talking anyone into anything. These people called in asking for help. Your job is to guide them through a process that works, which still takes focus, listening, and reps to do well.

"What if I get stuck?"

You reach for help. Coaching, training, daily support, and an always-on AI assistant are there from day one. Getting stuck isn't failing. It's the normal part everyone has help through.

"Is this actually legit?"

Real commercials, real inbound callers, real A-rated carriers, and a founder who's built and sold a company. You're plugging into something that already operates every day, not a promise.

"Do I have to find my own leads?"

No. You never buy a lead, work a list, or chase anyone. The calls come to you. Everything you need to take them, from CRM and dialer to carriers and script, is already set up.

"Do I need a license?"

Yes. A life insurance license is required to take calls. If you are not licensed yet, that is not a barrier. We walk you through getting licensed and support you through the process.
