The Opportunity

A simple way into
insurance sales.

Ridgewell runs TV commercials that send people to call in asking for final expense coverage. You take those inbound calls, follow a proven script, and help callers get protected. No cold calling and no chasing leads. Everything you need is already here. You bring the work, and you plug into a system that runs.

How It Works

They call you.
You help them.

This is the whole job, start to finish. The role is simple by design, which is not the same as easy. You still have to show up, take the calls, and put in the work.

1

The phone rings.

Our TV commercials run every day. People who want final expense coverage see them and call in. That call routes straight to you at your computer.

2

You follow the script.

You're never winging it. A proven, step-by-step script walks you through the whole conversation. Your job is to listen and guide the caller.

3

You help them enroll.

You match the caller with the right coverage from A-rated carriers and complete the application right there on the call. They came for help, and you give it.

4

Next call.

No outbound prospecting and no hunting for your next customer. You wrap up the call, and the next inbound caller is already on the way. Your focus stays on the conversation in front of you.

The Day

What the work
actually looks like.

A front-end seat is a full workday with a steady rhythm. You take ten inbound calls a day from people who saw a commercial and called in for final expense coverage. You follow the script, help the ones who are a fit, and move to the next call. There is no outbound prospecting and no lead list to work.

Our agents are currently closing at 21 percent, which works out to about two sales a day. That is the current state of the work today, not a number you are promised. The full breakdown, month by month, is on the numbers page.

What's Provided

Everything you
need is here.

You aren't handed a login and left to source your own everything. The whole system is set up and waiting before your first call.

Inbound leads

Too many agents buy their own leads, sometimes on credit, and go into the hole before writing a policy. Not here. We run and pay for the commercials, so warm callers reach out to you. You never buy a lead or work a list.

The script & process

A proven, word-for-word script and a clear process for every call. You follow what already works instead of guessing.

CRM & dialer

The tools to take calls and manage your day are set up for you, with no tech to piece together or pay for yourself.

Training

You learn the calls step by step before you're on your own, and keep learning alongside real support once you are.

A-rated carriers

Established carrier relationships are already in place, so you can match each caller with coverage that fits.

Real support

A manager whose job is getting you producing, plus daily help when you are stuck. You learn the calls with real people in your corner, not a login and a shrug.

Rewarding commissions

You are paid for every person you help, with real upside as you grow. Your income reflects your effort, not a fixed number someone else set.

A bonus structure

On top of commissions, a bonus structure rewards your consistency and results. The more people you help, the more ways there are to earn.

Built around production

Some organizations make their real money when agents build a downline instead of serving clients, so producers become recruiting targets. Ridgewell is built around production. You are hired to help callers, not to recruit anyone.

Assistant Support

The paperwork
does not land on you.

Plenty of agents sell well and then lose their evenings chasing carrier requirements, underwriting, and policy status. When you are enrolling this many people, that administrative load is what buries producers at other shops. Here it does not land on you.

Every agent gets assistant support from both a human assistant and an always-available AI assistant. They keep the back office moving so your day stays on the phone.

From submitted to issued. Assistants track carrier requirements and underwriting follow-ups and move each policy from submitted to issued.

Client communication after the sale. The back-and-forth with clients once a policy is written is handled, so it does not pull you off calls.

Deal logistics and paperwork. The details behind each enrollment are managed for you, so your time stays on the conversation in front of you.

The Career Ladder

Where the front-end
seat can lead.

The role is simple on purpose, so the career comes from where it goes next. These are real, available directions, not promises. Resources, training, and support are provided at every step, not just at the entry level.

1

Stay and produce.

Get better on the phone, take more calls, and earn more as you sharpen. Plenty of people build a long, satisfying career in this seat and never want to leave it.

2

Sales manager.

Lead and develop a team of producers. If you find you are good at helping other agents get better, this is a path into leadership, with the same systems and support behind you.

3

Client relationship role.

A separate seat focused on serving existing clients over the long term rather than taking new inbound calls. A different way to build a career, centered on relationships.

4

Open your own call center.

Structured like a franchise. You use Ridgewell's systems, processes, script, and infrastructure to open and run your own operation, rather than building one from scratch alone.

Licensing

Not licensed yet?
That is not a barrier.

A life insurance license is required to take calls. If you are not licensed yet, that is fine. We walk you through getting licensed and support you through the process, so it does not stand between you and starting a career here.

Ready When You Are

Let's see if
it's a fit.

A short application and a quick call. We'll walk you through exactly how it works and answer your questions. No pressure, no commitment.
