Inbound Insurance Sales

Insurance sales,
without the
hard part.

People see our commercials and call in already wanting coverage. You pick up, follow a proven script, and help them get protected. No cold calling. No chasing leads. Just real conversations with people who asked for help.

This is a real career, not a shortcut. We handled the hard parts and built the whole system. You bring the work, show up for the calls, and build something that lasts.

How It Works

They call you.
You help them.

Here is the whole job, start to finish. The role is simple by design, which is not the same as easy. You still have to show up, take the calls, and put in the work.

1

The phone rings.

Our TV commercials run every day. People who want final expense coverage see them and call in. That call routes straight to you at your computer.

2

You follow the script.

You are never winging it. A proven, step-by-step script walks you through the whole conversation. Your job is to listen and guide the caller.

3

You help them enroll.

You match the caller with the right coverage from A-rated carriers and complete the application right there on the call. They came for help, and you give it.

4

Next call.

No outbound prospecting and no hunting for your next customer. You wrap up the call, and the next inbound caller is already on the way. Your focus stays on the conversation in front of you.

The Day

What the work
actually looks like.

A front-end seat has a clear daily rhythm. You take ten inbound calls a day from people who saw a commercial and called in for final expense coverage. You follow the script, enroll the ones who are a fit, and move to the next call.

Our agents are currently closing at 21 percent, which works out to about two sales a day. That is the current state of the work, not a number you are promised. The full month by month breakdown is on the numbers page.

How We Set You Up

Everything working
in your favor.

Insurance is one of the most complicated industries there is. We took the expensive, confusing parts off your plate so your energy goes where it counts: helping the people who call in. Here is what stands behind you from day one.

Company-paid inbound calls

Too many agents buy their own leads, sometimes on credit, and go into the hole before writing a single policy. Not here. We run and pay for the commercials, so interested people call you. You never spend a dollar on a lead.

Rewarding commissions

You are paid for every person you help, with real upside as you grow. Your income reflects your effort, not a fixed number someone else decided for you.

A real bonus structure

On top of commissions, a bonus structure rewards your consistency and results. The more people you help, the more ways there are to earn.

Top-notch technology

A modern CRM, dialer, and full toolset are built in and ready to go. No software to cobble together and no tech headaches. Just tools that work and stay out of your way.

Built around production

Some organizations make their real money when agents build a downline instead of serving clients, so producers become recruiting targets. Ridgewell is built around production. You are hired to help callers, not to recruit anyone.

Assistant Support

The paperwork
does not land on you.

Plenty of agents sell well and then lose their evenings chasing carrier requirements, underwriting, and policy status. That administrative load is what buries producers at other shops. Here it does not land on you. Every agent gets assistant support from both a human assistant and an always-available AI assistant, so your day stays on the phone.

From submitted to issued. Assistants track carrier requirements and underwriting follow-ups to move each policy across the line.

Client communication after the sale. The back-and-forth with clients once a policy is written is handled, so it does not pull you off calls.

Deal logistics and paperwork. The details behind each enrollment are managed for you, so your time stays on the conversation in front of you.

Why Ridgewell

We removed
the hard parts.

Most people who leave insurance quit because of everything around the sale: the cold calls, the lead bills, the endless chasing. We took all of that off your plate. Here is what you never have to do.

No cold calling. The calls come to you, every single one.

No buying or chasing leads. Every caller reached out to us first.

No prospecting. No lead list to work, and no network to lean on.

They already want coverage. You are helping, not convincing.

Everything is provided. Leads, CRM, dialer, script, training, and carriers.

A proven system. You plug into something that works instead of figuring it out alone.

Who This Is For

Built for people
ready to work.

If you are new to insurance, or trying to break into it, this is a real way in. You do not have to arrive as a polished closer. You do have to be coachable, consistent, and serious about building a career.

We look for people who show up every day and follow a proven process. The system removes the obstacles. You bring the work ethic, and it compounds.

One requirement: a life insurance license is needed to take calls. If you are not licensed yet, that is not a barrier. We walk you through getting licensed and support you through the process.

You are new to insurance and want a real, simple place to start.

You are trying to break into the industry without building everything alone.

You are an experienced agent who wants inbound volume and a system behind you instead of running your own shop.

You are coachable and consistent, willing to show up and follow what works.

The Career Ladder

The seat is simple.
The path is not small.

The front-end role is deliberately simple, but it is a starting point, not a ceiling. Here are real directions it can lead. Resources, training, and support are provided at every step, not just at the entry level.

1

Stay and produce.

Get better on the phone, take more calls, and earn more. Many people find a career they are happy to keep building in this seat.

2

Sales manager.

Lead and develop a team of producers, and help new agents get to where you are. A path for people who want to build others up.

3

Client relationship role.

A separate seat focused on serving existing clients over the long term, rather than taking new inbound calls.

4

Open your own call center.

Structured like a franchise. You use Ridgewell's systems, processes, script, and infrastructure to open and run your own operation instead of building one from scratch.
